Upgrades forgotten

I realised that I have forgotten the upgrades
. Cubase Artist 7 → Cubase Artist 7.10
and
. Cubase Artist 7.30 → Cubase Artist 7.40.

My actions :

  1. Purchase Cubase Artist 7 box (with upgrade → 7.5)
  2. Upgrade Cubase Artist 7 → Cubase Artist 7.5
  3. I forgot Upgrade Cubase Artist 7.5 → Cubase Artist 7.5.10
  4. Upgrade Cubase Artist 7.5 → Cubase Artist 7.5.20
  5. Upgrade Cubase Artist 7.5.20 → Cubase Artist 7.5.30
  6. I forgot Upgrade Cubase Artist 7.5.30 → Cubase Artist 7.5.40
  7. Upgrade Cubase Artist 7.5.30 → Cubase Pro 8
  8. Upgrade Cubase Pro 8 → Cubase Pro 8 .05

I have many problems. I can’t use the Metronomic Cinema.
Cubase 8.05 crashes when I want to use the Metronomic Cinema (from Groove SE4 ou Media Bay).
What can I do now ?

It makes no difference…the latest update is not affected by older updates.

If you want to be absolutely certain that you haven’t missed any updates to content you can download a Cubase 8 full installer from your MySteinberg Account. Uninstall your current version and install this.

Otherwise you should contact Steinberg support about your crash and send them the crash dump to analyse.
You might also post (not here in the presales forum though) more details of the crashes and see if you can get any help here.
