Upgrading from 8.5 to 9.5

It’s been a week, and I cannot active and install the upgrade I bought.
I’ve been looking for the support link, and can’t find it. God this is frustrating. Things should be straight forward.
Please help.
When I copy and paste the activation code into my account, it display an error message

Errmm, shouldn’t you copy and paste that activation number into the eLicenser software?

Second, it is extremely stupid to post a picture with your activation number on a public forum. Just saying.
