Upgrading from ai to cubase 10 pro

Hi, i was wondering if I want to upgrade from ai to 10 pro it says I need an elicense. I have seen these USB stick on amazon ebay etc, are these official and if I get one do i store thekeyonthem. Only used a soft license in the past which doesn’t require a usb stick.

How would anyone know, without even knowing which sticks you are actually talking about…
If you want to be sure, buy from a trusted seller - that simple.
