Upgrading from Cubase 10.0 to Cubase 11

Hi there.

I’ve tried to upgrade from Cubase 10.0 to 11, but I faced some problems.
Do I have to upgrade to Cubase 10.5 first, and then to 11?
If there is a direct way instead of upgrading twice, I couldn’t find it.

No, you don’t need to install 10.5 and then install version 11. But you will need a Cubase 11 license.

I’m facing the same issue, with no response from Cubase support team.

The only upgrade file I found was “upgrading from Cubase 10.5 to 11”.
I have Cubase 10.0, but as I said, I couldn’t find any other upgrade file to download.

After trying to activate the eLicenser - I got this message:
