Upgrading from from Cubase 10.5 to Cubase 13

Dear members,
I have cubase 10.5 ( license on dongle). I plan to upgrade to Cubase 13 with new cubase Licensing. What lowest version of Cubase will I be able to use while using the new Licensing only? I’m asking this question because I have MacBook Pro 2017 ( High Sierra) that according to Apple is upgradeable at max to Ventura .

Cubase 12 was the 1st one using the new Steinberg licensing system.

Cubase 12 was officially compatible with macOS 11, 12, 13 and 14, as written here.
