If you don’t have graphic glitches, issues, slow-downs and such, you don’t need to bother much.
In any case, the settings in that panel won’t affect Cubase - but you can just disable the two options which are still enabled and perhaps tassellation. In case you want to run games, you can set a profile for each game with the proper options enabled.
In case you have a slow GUI response, the first things to check are power options and a GPU driver re-installation (video driver only, no HDMI driver, no CCC, etc.). But this is only recommended as trouble-shooting.
