upgrading from AI to Artist 11. I assume the download process won’t delete any tracks from current projects? And can I delete any old version files that are still around afterword…?? I don’t have much extra HD space…
Your current projects will be safe (although ALWAYS do backups !!!)
on your second point - I’ve never fully trusted the Steinberg uninstallers not to cleanly uninstall if you have multiple versions installed, if that makes sense ?..You probably don’t want to uninstall AI first either, as it ‘should’ migrate your preferences when you upgrade.
