Upgrading to 8.5 Pro from 8 Pro with 7.5 edu upgrade

Hi! I found a very cheap copy of “Steinberg Cubase Pro 8.5 UD2 Update (from Cubase 7.5 EDU)” and want to ask anyone how “flexible” this upgrade/update package is. I currently own a Cubase 8 Pro license which was included in a Cubase 7.5 Pro package (The license was already upgraded to 8 before I bought it).
Could I use the 8.5 update for my 8.0 Pro licence or must I own a 7.5 edu for it to work?

If the update is from 7.5, then you need a 7.5 version to update from.
