If you still have McAfee installed, if it were my PC, I would wipe the C: drive and re-install from scratch. However, since most people baulk at this… Try downloading from the website and see what happens. (It’s an .iso file but you can either mount it or use a (free) utility such as 7-zip to extract the files.)
