Upgrading to Dorico 3

I acquired Dorico Pro 2 very recently on 14th August 2019. The Steinberg website says that a free upgrade to Dorico 3 is available for anyone that acquired Dorico after 8th August 2019 but I can’t find out how to claim my free download. Can someone help me with this please? Thank you
