UR-RT4, with loopback inputs 1 and 2 drop?

I’m not sure if this is by design or a bug?

With my UR-RT4, when I activate loopback both my inputs 1 and 2 drop in cubase. When I deactivate the loopback the signal returns back to 1 and 2 input channels. I then tested inputs 3 and 4 with loopback and they do NOT drop when I activate loopback. Can some one let me know if this is by design or a known issue? Ideally I would like loopback to work on ALL input channels.

My goal is to use loopback on inputs 1 and 2 and send to OBS.

By design just the channels 1 and 2 are used for loopback. Look at the block diagram in your manual:
