Hello!
I just purchased a UR12 not even an hour ago, for use with an Audio-Technica BPSH1. For the most part it’s fine. But every minute or so, pretty much on the dot, the audio will randomly distort and garble up. This lasts for about 5 seconds before returning to normal. No indicator on the hardware lights that anything is out of the ordinary. What’s going on, and how do I fix it? I’m already starting to get a headache because of this issue. It’s fresh out of the box, brand-new.
