I am Macintosh User,
“My device is Ur12” and “Mac book Pro MJLQ2 2015”
Ive Updated my macOS to Catalina And Unfortunately there’s a big problem after update. 
while i open Logic pro or Adobe audition for voice record, All my output sounds from the system will be very noisy. 
Please help me.
I have too many projects to do
