I was using cubase 10.5 with win 8.1 and ur 22 mk2 sound card. But now i purchased a new pc and upgraded to 20h2 version. Now whenever i listening music, videos or runing cubase too much audio dropout is happening. and it effects the video too…what to do i really don’t know. is my sound card got damage…or it is windows problem… please help me. i checked by increasing buffer size, changing usb cable, changing usb port…bt nothing happened. please guys help me…

Try to increase your Audio Device Buffer Size, please.
You can also try to test your system by using LatencyMon and optimise the system accordingly.
