UR22 MK2 problem 10-15 second after start.

Hi everyone :slight_smile:
I can not find any information about my problem with UR22.
Windows 7:
After starting playback, the music starts playing, but after 10-15 seconds the USB LED goes off for about a second and lights up again. When the USB LED is off, the music stops playing and starts again as the diode lights up.
Windows 10:
Also after 10-15 seconds there is a problem, it does not turn off the playback, but you can hear a squeak in the speaker.
Latest drivers, updated systems.
