UR22 mkII and mics, pre-amps

Hello! I have several questions about the work of ur22 (I’ve read manuals, but didn’t find answers):

  1. I usually use condenser mic, so my phantom power is on, but sometimes i need to use both of my condenser mic and dynamic mic at the same time. So won’t phantom power damage the dynamic mic if I will use it at the same time when I use condenser too?

  2. If I buy something like dbx 286s (or other pre-amp), how I connect it properly? I read that you shpuldn’t connect pre-amps straight to the inputs of audio interfaces, because it may cause some damage, but UR22 doesn’t have line inputs on the back. So I’m confused
