UR22 MKII - no sound through headphones

Hi
I have absolutely no sound on my headphones Audio Technica ATH MSR7 plugged on the UR22 MKII.

I tried a few things but can’t hear anything, is it a well known problem ?
Do I have to return the card, or get another one ?
