Hello – I am having some trouble connecting my UR22 mkII to my PC.
When plugged into my computer (Windows 10), the phantom power LED lights up even with the phantom power switch turned off, and the USB LED remains off. My computer does not recognize that any device was plugged in, even with the Yamaha USB Driver installed.
I have tried plugging the device into all my USB ports, including my laptop (Windows 10), to no avail. I have also tried using 5V DC power instead of the usb cable power, with no success.
I could not find a similar issue online, so I am concerned that it might be an issue with the unit itself.
