A couple of weeks ago the ur22 was working properly with a phantom powered condenser and a guitar plugged in simultaneously. Now both peak leds blinking constantly even with both gain knobs closed, phantom off or on or nothing plugged in. No sound captured anymore. Device is still recognized by Windows (7 Sp1) and Cubase AI. Any hints?
Seems to be a not-so-unknown problem. Got the same issue with a newly bought device, and it’s going back to the shop… From what I can see this can happen if you plug instruments when the phantom power is on.
