UR22 PLEASE help me

Hey,

So i have a NEW Asus Vivobook 15 that I’m using with the soundcard Steinberg UR22. The issue i have is that it randomly disconnects, like it loses Power and shuts down randomly, then 2 seconds later connects. It’s powered from the USB port on my laptop. I’ve tried all USB ports but no difference, tried reinstalling drivers, nothing.

The ONLY thing that works, is if i unplug my Laptops power supply cable, and let it run on the battery!?

How is that making sense?! Help please.

Control Panel > Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings

    Then there’s a thing called USB Selective Suspend → Disable?

Maybe you already looked at that. I had some strange usb behavior kind of like that.

Sorry if useless idea!
I don’t know why it would go to sleep when power is plugged in instead of on battery.
