My current setup is 2 mixers for my 10PC acoustic drums fully mic up in a sound proof room. The 2nd 8 channel has DX7 audio in , Guitar , Vocals and over head mics in drum room.
I use a Delta 1010LT sound card with 1/4 input from a 16 channel and 8 channel mixer.
I have just upgraded from Cubase 5.53 to Cubase 7.0.6 and all is working well.
DX7 using midi to the Delta 1010LT sound card and using HALion Symphonic Orchestra VST Sound Instrument Set
I am looking into the UR22 and wanted to know if I use the 3/8 out from mixer to bring those into 1 and 2 on the UR22 and then move the DX7 Midi over to UR22 how this will work?
Is the sound from the UR22 USB that good and is the connection to Cubase 7 more friendly then VST connections?
Importing older Cubase to improve tracks. Making Music with my online Band
