UR22 to hot... a good thing???

If you have issues with the Hi-Z you should send a mail to support with all the info we need to help - including the serial number of the device.

Sorry to reopen an old thread but I have also posted my own.

I purchased the UR824 and have the same issue. I have 1 week left on the return but I love this card and as I record a lot of guitar I cant justify having it.

I logged a support request with Steinberg 2 weeks ago and still no response.

Did you guys send yours off and have it successfully repaired? What was the turnaround time?

Hello this is a message for Ed Doll. I am having the same issue with clipping on the UR22. It is very frustrating because the reason I bought the UR22 was obviously to record clean audio. Can you please send me a message and let me know the course of action.
