I’ve tested my headphones on several other devices to make sure it isn’t my hardware. I have ALSO tested multiple headphones on the UR22 and have the same issue with all of them.
For some reason I only receive sound from the left ear of my phones when they’re connected to the U22. I’ve tried disabling all other sound devices in my device manager/control panel->sound, as well. I’ve checked the Volume tab in Sound ->Playback>-Steinberg and the balance and they’re both at 100. The TEST feature has the jingle (Eb, C, Ab) play in the left ear but nothing in the right… though the meter shows it flash green as if it did. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers.
Do I have a bad unit?
