Whenever I turn on the Phantom Power +48V on my UR22 USB Audio Interface, it turns off? Also, when I try and record without Phantom Power, it doesn’t record anything except a ‘wooshing’ noise?? I’ve only just bought this today, i’ve tried reinstalling the drivers many times and can’t see what’s wrong with it?
Will I be able to get a replacement if I got it from Amazon?
