UR22c Mix Knob Malfunction

When i record, and the Mix Knob is turned half way between Input and DAW, the audio from DAW is being routed into INPUTS. There is a loud feedback and the audio from the DAW is getting re-recorded on the new tracks. I am not able to monitor tracks while recording. How do I reset the ur22c?

I am using Yosemite on MAC with Logic 9 Pro.

Are you saying you are routing the DAW output audio back into the interface inputs? If so, unroute that.
