Is there anyone who can help me?
Last Friday I got a new UR22C, because my previous one broke somehow. I lost it for a total of 3 weeks and in the meantime I updated my iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017) 3.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 to the latest OS version 12.3 and I also installed Cubase 12 .
I installed the Yamaha driver and software exactly as it should be, but as soon as I connected the UR22C I couldn’t 1. update the firmware of the UR because it didn’t see the device and 2. Cubase 12 doesn’t work for a meter anymore (can actually nothing more).
If I unplug the UR22C I can start up and use Cubase again without any problems.
My iMac does recognize the UR22C and I can, for example, play tracks on my Pioneer XDJ-RR via Rekordbox
Who has tips or the solution?
