I bought the UR22C in March 2020 from BH and used it on my Alienware desktop computer and it worked normally. In October, I bought another PC desktop computer. When I plugged UR22C on the new computer, two peak lights flickered, and then the UR22C could not work anymore. Please tell me how to fix it or need to return to your office repair ?
