I have an UR22C card. The power and USB indicators light and when I shut down the PC. Is this a problem? Thank you.
Are you using a usb cable to power the interface or power supply?
Sounds to me like a power supply if lights are still on after computer powered off. I don’t think this will affect it but better to turn off power supply if this is the case.

Not a problem. Just means your mainboard continues to supply power and maintains the connection on the USB port you are connected to.
Mine does the same thing (and I am not using a separate power supply).
