Can someone explain how to make this work? I bought it a couple years ago - the computer doesn’t detect it, the firmware file provided by this website is in an unsupported format, there is no customer support from Steinberg, etc. so I bought a Focusrite which is great and have used that since. Now I am selling the UR22mkii and need to confirm that it can actually be made to be functional. Thanks.
