UR22MKII_Issue_pan L/R doesn't work on windows 10

Hi everyone
I have an issue on my UR22MKII

If I pan to the left or right in Cubase 13, I still have a stereo sound.
Same from any source like youtube stereo test.

I have everytime the same level on both side, like a duplicate channel on both side.

Any thought ? A conflict ?

So it’s mono!
Is it set to mono in the control panel?

The source are not mono (Novation Summit, a collection of vsti).
But it sound like a mono.
