UR22mkII MIC input not working

Hi, good day
Iam facing a problem with my UR22 MKII and Microphone, Iam connecting my Microphone into the MiC/Line ( input 1 ) , the Phantom power is already on , but Iam not receiving an signal from my MIC.
Any help would be apprecite it.

What mic do you have and what cable are you connecting it with?
