On Sunday I bought The UR242 Steinberg Audio Interface with Cubase AI. I entered the serial number of the model, registered at my Steinberg and put in the two numbers including registering for a licence. When I opened the software on my computer it said I haven’t registered for a licence. When I try to register for a licence again it says my number has been used and I cant use it again. HELP
If the licence should download onto my computer what is the file name and what is the folder it would be in?
