I have a registered UR242 audio interface under this email account.
The bundled Cubase AI uses old Soft-eLicenser, my old PC is broken and can’t boot.
Since May 2025, eLicenser server is closed, I cannot transfer or reactivate the license on new computer.
Please upgrade my license to Cubase AI 15 (new Steinberg Licensing system) and bind to my account.
