UR242 : can't insert DSP effect in Cubase

Hello.
I recently bought and installed an UR242.
Unfortunately, in Cubase 10 / Mix Console / Hadware, I can’t insert a DSP effect.
I can’t move the “Effect Insertion Position” cursor from no effect to something else.
So I can’t insert an effect.
Anybody would have an idea about that ?
DSP effect are working fine with dspMixFx.
And I installed the UR242 Tools.
