UR28M Direct Monitoring Adjustment

I used to use a Focusrite Sapphire which had a direct monitor adjustment knob. How do you adjust the direct monitoring level in the UR28M?

Headphone volume knob is what I use.

To balance the playback with the direct monitor I
adjust the DAW output.

Is that what you mean?

It seems the only way to do this is with the included software mixer as there is not dedicated knob on the hardware that adjusts the level of direct and playback level like on the Sapphire.
