UR28M not seen by windows

Hey guys,

I have a UR28M and my computers are no longer detecting it.

I tried in three different machines, all with windows 10

And I have used the interface in all this 3 machines with no issues

I’ve tried to re install all drivers, tools more than once and also tryed different USB ports and cables.

Please, could you guys give me a hand?

Does it light up as expected? If you have the same issue on three computers, I think the problem is that the UR28M might be broken.
Perhaps locate a mac and try it on that (not Big Sur…)
