I’ve tried searching for this and can’t find anything, probably because it’s really stupid, but…
I use a mic on one of the XLR channels, which uses +48V. I need to use the other XLR/Line for my minibrute (the line inputs are busy). Can I safely switch +48V on and off for the mic without disconnecting the minibrute? Can it cause any damage, or does extra voltage only pass through the XLR connector?
