UR28M - sound only on one channel

I just bought the UR28M. Got it all set up. Checked and fiddled with the settings in Cubase 6.5. Finally got sound input on one channel. Now, when I playback a track that was previously recorded with another audio device, both channels play…in other words, I get the stereo sound.

So, at the moment, I’m stuck…INCOMING SOUND ONLY ON ONE CHANNEL

I have a keyboard (Korg PA 800) connected to the analog inputs (3 &4). Headphones connected to phones 1, and mix one selected.

Now, here’s the kicker: I have a couple of other DAW programs, and the UR28M works okay with those. Sound input and output on both channels (stereo). :confused:

Windows 7 64 bit (I use 32 bit)
Dual Core processor
4 GB Ram

Have you selected the right inputs under Devices → VST connections? (Don’t know the extact menu items because i have a german installation)
Perhaps there is only one channel selected (3 or 4)
