UR44/Cubase AI No Sound.

Hi.
I have the UR44 connected with my Nord piano 2. I use Cubase AI.
My problem: When I open the Cubase AI the sound from the piano disappears. I can see the respons of the piano in the “Audio Activity”. I can open earlier Cubase Projects and listen to them, but there’s no sound from my piano until I close the Cubase AI.
In the VST Connections Input: Audio Device Yamaha Steinberg USB ASIO - Device Port: UR44 Input 1 and UR44 Input 2.
In the VST Connections output: Audio Device Yamaha Steinberg USB ASIO - Device Port: UR44 Mix 1 L and UR44 Mix 1 R.
In Device Setup/VST Audio System I have the Yamaha Steinberg USB ASIO driver.

Can anyone help me to get the audio sound of the piano out of the UR44?? Thank you.

Could you describe your connection, please?

In general, you need an Audio Track, with Monitor switched On as a monitor Audio track in Cubase.

Hi Martin.
You gave me the key-word “Monitor”. I have used the Cubase Studio 4, and should not enable and disable the monitor like in AI. I’m really sorry to bother you with such a elementary problem. Have a nice day and thank you!
