Tried on both machines… Windows reports it as per screenshot below:
It simply does not appear as a device anymore… No audio… Nothing…
Tried reinstalling various different drivers but all attempts were in vain…
Something to do with Windows Update perhaps? Dodgy USB cable? (unlikely).
Am I missing something here? I haven’t changed anything… It just one day stopped working… The light comes on when plugged in. Tested on two different computers with exact same problem.
It is still in warranty, so am I able to return to manufacturer?
