UR44 with iOS 13 on iPad&camera connection kit

Hi,
today, after a while, I tried to use UR44 with iPad Air 2019 with IOS 13.3.1 and Apple camera connection kit.
I tried both camera conn kit USB 3 type (the one with the power supply) and the simple one.
iPad cannot read the UR44 anymore. In the past it was working.
Recently I have updated UR44 with firmware v. 2.12.
Anyone had the same issue?

Did you try switching the cable around ?
I had a connection problem with an iPad and ur44c. I found that they connected (usb-c to usb-c) only if the Apple adapter (as the cable itself was usb-c to usb-a) I used was connected to the iPad and the other end of the cable was connected to the ur44c. It did not work if the cable was reversed…
