Hi. I am trying to set up a UR44C on my computer. I am using windows 10. I am not very “techie”. I have been trying to set up the TOOLS for UR-C, but when I get to the window that asks me to “select the desired software”, the Basic FX Suite is greyed out. If I unselect one of the other two selections, the Basic FX Suite choice becomes active. Why can’t I select all three as that’s what the paper instructions say I require? I have 881GB free on my disk, so it’s not a space issue. What am I doing wrong?
