UR44C losing connection and causes macOS reboot

Hi!

I just bought a UR44C. Unfortunately my Late 2015 iMac already lost connection to the interface twice, which also caused macOS 12.4 to reboot because of a hardware problem.

Is there any way to prevent this ?
