UR816c - Yamaha Steinberg USB ASIO driver issue

This is some issue that has not being fixed the last 3 years. Choosing that driver causes issues on Cubase. Can’t slide the volume, can’t press the effect button. If I choose the Steinberg Built In Asio, there is no issue. Video here:

Problem solved. I’ve tried all kind of cables, PC restart, driver reinstall and failed updating. The one thing I never did was turning off the unit. It was always ON. Once I did that it worked.
