USA upgrade order- Can I find out when it will be delivered?

I have an order # from last week when I ordered my upgrade to C6, but since that initial e-mail I have received nothing else from SB.

I’m guessing our C6 upgrades are on a container(s) on a ship which is still out at sea.

This makes sense to me considering that Steinberg USA apparently doesn’t know exactly where their shipment is :arrow_right:

I think Tones2’s copy is on a ship that ended up in frozen waters and now cannot move.

In the US a shipment is expected early next week latest and those boxes should reach the dealers late January/early Feb.
Our online shop will be among the first to start shipping to you.
