Users do design the software via feedback, this thread is potentially doing that. The more user feedback, and the more clear and exact it can be… The better. No use in a new feature people want if it’s not implemented properly.
An example is the new PLE… a new improved PLE was needed, and some of its new features are fantastic, and it’s absolutely fine for creating 1 script every now and then, but it’s fairly frustrating to use if creating 100 scripts that are to be controlled by a touch screen… Because that is not something Steinberg are doing.

Are you saying you don’t want me to draw up a mockup of something that you and @MattiasNYC can comment on, that may be the best implementation, better than Pro-Tools, with interesting work efficiency features, that takes into account Lanes?
I don’t understand the contention against me here… I’m increasing the likelihood of this feature being added, not decreasing…?
