I got two eLicensers and none of them turns on when connected to a Promate usb-c to usb 3.0 hub
I use a laptop setup and i only have a thunderpolt (already maxed up with a bunch of firewire devices) and the USB-C port for charging and data
Anyone can recommend a good USB-C that is being used successfully with eLicenser dongles on windows?
Ps: my iLok works just fine on the same hub
Any updates on this? Going to be a major issue for me shortly. Does the new, smaller eLicnense key for sale increase compatibility?
