USB E licenser cUBASE 10 PRO

Hey Folks!
Mate of mine has offered to sell me his USB E licenser for cubase 10 pro, If I buy it will I still have to pay to download the actual software or do I just plug in the USB, download 10 pro and it’ll be registered?

Also, I already have an elicenser for my cubase 5 and 10 LE, would i need to remove that usb before using the pro 10 one?

that is how you do it, but if you are buying his PRO version I don’t see the point in transferring your old LE licenses

yes… PRO should handle all old LE projects
