I have a problem: after dowloading the new e-licencer update, when I installed it, the sistem crashed. My pc is well working, and see the usb licenser. But I can’t install the software, and the key is blocked, the same for my cubase 10 pro.
I thought was a problem on the key, but I have another and is impossible also to charge the software.
