USB-e-licensor not yet received after purchase

Hello,

I have purchased Cubase 10 Artist on 16th Feb 2019. Still I don’t have any info on the USB-e-licensor which was supposed to be sent via DHL. Where can I get the DHL tracking number for the same? I have installed Cubase and i need the USB-e-licensor for activating the product.

The delivery address is in India.

Somebody please help.

Did you buy directly on Steinberg online-shop? If yes, send a question to AskNet, please.

Have you ordered a new retail license or an update/upgrade? With updates/upgrades is USB-eLicenser not bundled.
